CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be modified or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
